- It spawns with its fan tail closed, but can open it every 30 - 120 seconds.
- It can remain with its fan tail open for 30 seconds.
- While keeping its fan tail open, a Blue Peacock can apply Regeneration effects to nearby players within a radius of up to 6 blocks, while the Lutino variant will apply the Strength effect under the same conditions.
